~Every thought you have has an energy that will either strengthen you or weaken you.
This is something that I have to remind myself often. Our thoughts are very powerful and sometimes we bring ourselves down. I know I am guilty of sitting down after the kids are in bed when my husband is deployed thinking, “This deployment just started and I am already exhausted“, or “I miss him so much it hurts.” There is nothing wrong with these thoughts, but I can’t let them consume me. There is a point where I have to find the good in it. My good thoughts have to out way the bad for me to be able to carry on. I know, easier said than done, but all we can do is try our best and know that it is enough.
