ME vs THE JIGGLE Day 01. Aaaaand we’re off!

Today my super tornado cleaning skills and yard work will be my work out for the day. After which, I will do my 100 crunches and light weight arm workout. I’ll start weighing in weekly on Mondays. I don’t have a workout plan for the weekends, but I’m hoping just little hikes to the beach and back could count as something. The kids are home now, so we will see what can be done together. πŸ™‚

  1. I have an iPhone. I will definitely look into this app! Thanks. πŸ™‚ I do wear a heart monitor and it tracks my calories burned and how many mins/hours I work out a week. But, I would like to track it all in one place.

  2. Depending on what kind of phone you have I found a free app called Cardio Trainer or Noom. It helps you keep track of whatever exercising your doing and how many calories you burn and your calories through out the day. Then once a week you weigh in and it helps you figure out what you need to do to reach your goal. I found it very helpful, I was stuck for weeks and I started this and lost 2 lbs the first week. πŸ™‚
